While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to a gun fitting, the following elements may be evaluated during your session

  • Pull length
  • Comb height
  • Cast of the stock
  • Recoil plate pitch
  • Gun grip radius
  • Gun wrist radius
  • Heel drop
  • Toe displacement
  • Shooting technique

Session outcomes

Your session with Luther may involve the following take-aways.

  • Recommended changes to stance or technique
  • In-session changes to your shotgun, especially those with adjustable features (e.g., comb height, cast)
  • Out-of-session shotgun customizations (e.g., stock customizations)
  • Recommendations for a gun with different features/specs
