While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to a gun fitting, the following elements may be evaluated during your session
- Pull length
- Comb height
- Cast of the stock
- Recoil plate pitch
- Gun grip radius
- Gun wrist radius
- Heel drop
- Toe displacement
- Shooting technique
Session outcomes
Your session with Luther may involve the following take-aways.
- Recommended changes to stance or technique
- In-session changes to your shotgun, especially those with adjustable features (e.g., comb height, cast)
- Out-of-session shotgun customizations (e.g., stock customizations)
- Recommendations for a gun with different features/specs
