Environmentally Friendly Facilities

At Silver Willow, we have always been passionate about protecting and preserving the environment. We have operated completely “off the grid” since the course was established in 1988. Our unique facilities use only passive solar power, providing electricity for the buildings and throughout the grounds. Each of the 90+ clay target throwers throughout the courses are operated using batteries charged by small solar panels. Our facilities also feature a unique composting septic system, which effectively reduces our water consumption and waste. All of the clay targets thrown on the courses are biodegradable, ensuring that our grounds remain waste- and pollution-free. Read more about our facilities below.

Gun Brothers Cafe

This space is dedicated to a group of five enthusiastic members, who shot together weekly for years and called themselves “The Gun Brothers!”

Located in the main clubhouse, you can stop by for a snack or hot and cold beverages. Don’t leave without trying our famous chocolate chip banana bread.

Day & Co Shotgun Sports

Located in the main clubhouse, Day & Co. offers premium shotguns and shooting accessories including cleaning products, choke tubes, eye & ear protection, vests, jackets, clothing, shotgun cases, shell bags and hunting apparel. We are dealers for Browning, Winchester, and Zoli shotguns.

Upland Cookhouse

Constructed in 2013, the Cookhouse is 1500 square feet of rustic comfort. With seating space for up to 75 people, it’s perfect to host small or large group meetings, workshops, meals, and other corporate events. Book here.

Ringneck Lodge

The lodge is 600 square feet and serves as both a small office space and a quiet rustic meeting room for small groups of 5 – 15 people. Often used on the weekends to as a staging area for group events over 10 people.

Campground & RV Storage

Added in 2022! For members and Silver Willow customers only.

Stay on our private, prairie campground with quick and convenient access to the courses by foot or golf cart. OR park your RV or boat in our private, gated storage facility. More information on camping and storage here.
