Entry Fees

$1,800.00 per 5 man team - includes all shells and targets as well as breakfast, lunch and prizes

-         One team golf cart rental is included in the entry fee for each team

-         A Course Guide is mandatory if there is no Silver Willow member on the team. One can be arranged and paid for directly through Silver Willow prior to the shoot at $190.00

-         A limited amount of gun Rentals are available if your team requires any. These can be arranged for directly through Silver Willow prior to the shoot: $50.00

Please Note

“Mandatory” Pre-Paid Registration must be submitted by September 1^th, 2025, at 5:00pm.

• There will ONLY be spots available for 30 teams of 5 shooters
• To enter your team, please fill out the Registration form and submit it to the email address as listed on the form. Once your entry form has been received, you will be sent a link to pay for your team entry

Schedule

·        7:00  - 9:15 AM:    Breakfast (Sponsored by Sanjel Energy Services)

·        7:30 - 8:45 AM:     Registration. The team Captain must register their team during this time

·        9:15 AM:                Mandatory Safety Briefing and Orientation **ALL TEAM MEMBERS MUST ARRIVE BY THIS TIME AND BE SINGED IN BY THEIR TEAM CAPTAIN**

·        9:30 AM SHARP:  Shotgun Start – Be at your designated Stations.

·        1:00 PM:                Lunch (Sponsored by STEP Energy Services)

·        2:00 PM:               Prize Presentation (Buckles sponsored by Thru Tubing Services)

Format

Sporting Clays:                    30 stations plus the “Duck Pond Team Flush Shoot”

                                             5 targets per station, 2 pairs and one single with 2 shots.
