PLEASE NOTE:

  • This booking form is intended for groups of 15 or more people. Smaller groups please book here
  • We work best with a minimum of 3 days’ notice for events, however we will do our best to accommodate every request. For last-minute bookings, please call us at 587-834-2490.

This event includes:

  • 50 or 100 clays per participant
  • 50 or 100 shells per participant
  • Safety glasses, ear protection, and shell bag use
  • Shotgun use
    • You can choose to bring your own shotgun instead, provided it meets our safety standards
    • If bringing your own shotgun, you must provide your firearms license / PAL to one of the owners
    • See Course Safety Rules
  • A group safety orientation session before you start
  • A guide for each group of up to 5 shooters

No PAL (Possession and Acquisition License) required – UNLESS you are bringing your own shotgun.

We will provide a safety orientation and instruction for participants. After orientation, our experienced guides will escort groups around the course.

Meal Option

Select a meal option below. The costs will be multiplied by the number of participants.

  • Meals not available for 2PM time slot Friday – Sunday
  • An automatic gratuity for meals will be added to your final invoice

Number of Additional Meals

Some events have people who aren’t participating in the shoot, but still need a meal! If this applies to your event, please use this field to indicate how many additional meals you will require.
The cost for additional meals will appear on the final invoice.

Top Shooters Gift Card Package

Finish off your event with gift cards for your top three shooters! Three gift cards valued at $150 total ($75, $50, and $25). Gift cards can be used towards a future event at Silver Willow or accessories at Day & Co. Shotgun Sports

Everyone can be a winner! Reward your participants with gift cards for Silver Willow and Day & Co. Shotgun Sports. Can be used for another sporting clays outing or accessories at the store. Simply select from the list of the card values below and enter the desired number of cards at each value.

Special Requests

Have any special requests for your event? Let us know below. E.g., adjusting the agenda, renting the Lodge (15 people) or Cookhouse (75 people) after your event, etc.

Payment *

A non-refundable deposit is required for booking. A copy of your outstanding balance will be emailed to you 14 days before your event date. The balance will be due no less than 10 days prior to the event date. Please indicate how you will pay the remaining balance from the options below:

Terms of Service *

Required for booking.

  • The Group Organizer listed above is entering this agreement and assumes full responsibility for the actions of the group. This includes the actions of any and all individual members of the group.
  • The Group Organizer listed above should be present during the sporting clays event. If the Group Organizer will not be present during the sporting clays event, for any reason, then a Designated Alternate person who will be present at the sporting clays event must sign and assume all responsibilities set forth in this agreement in place of the Group Organizer.
  • The Group Organizer or Designated Alternate will be required to sign this document in person upon arrival at Silver Willow and provide a valid credit card before the group goes out on the course.
  • The Group Organizer or Designated Alternate understands their card could be charged if damages occur.
